All deliveries of glass and related parts purchased from autoglassfinder.com must be inspected by recipient at the time of delivery BEFORE the delivery driver leaves. If the glass or attachments are broken, incorrect, or for any reason are not acceptable, you must refuse delivery and have the driver take the part(s) when they leave. If the driver insists that you sign before opening the delivery crate or package, do so, but don’t let the driver leave until the contents of the package are inspected and either accepted or rejected by you. Once the truck driver has left—and you have not yet opened the package or crate and inspected its contents—you will be personally responsible for attempting to collect any monies from the delivery company due to breakage or other damage of the contents. Autoglassfinder.com will not be responsible for any merchandise not handled in the above manner and will not replace or reship product or return monies for any products purchased or attempt to collect damages from any delivery/shipping company if the customer does not follow the instructions in this disclaimer. BOTTOM LINE: DON’T LET THE DRIVER LEAVE WITHOUT FIRST OPENING AND INSPECTING THE CONTENTS OF THE PACKAGE. IF FOR ANY REASON THE CONTENTS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU, DO NOT LET THE DRIVER LEAVE UNTIL HE/SHE TAKES THE UNACCEPTABLE PACKAGE WITH THEM, WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE SIGNED FOR DELIVERY. ONCE THE DELIVERY TRUCK DRIVER HAS GONE, AUTO GLASS FINDER AND/OR DIGITAL POST, INC. WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BREAKAGE OR DAMAGE FOR ANY REASON. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU BE PREPARED TO TAKE A COUPLE OF MINUTES AND DRY FIT YOUR WINDSHIED OR BACK GLASS UPON OPENING THE CRATE WHILE THE DRIVER WAITS!!

All glass parts are new or old-new unless otherwise noted. All parts guaranteed to perform as original. Make sure a qualified auto glass installer properly installs your car's glass. We are not responsible if glass, attachments, moldings, etc. are broken during installation as a result of installer error. When your order is received, any broken or incorrect parts should be handled as stated above and then immediately reported to us at 888-690-0897 the same day delivery was attempted.

Autoglassfinder.com, Digital Post, Inc., its owners, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, contractors, or independent contractors, collectively or individually will have no responsibility or liability of any kind, nor be made subject to any demand or claim, for any damage, loss, injury, sickness, illness, or other detriment of any nature or kind whatsoever suffered by their customer--whether in contract, tort, equity or otherwise--in connection with the use of the website and/or ordering, receiving or use in any manner whatsoever of the products we ship or cause to be shipped to you, or any damage, loss, injury, sickness, illness, or other detriment of any nature or kind whatsoever arising from any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise. The customer hereby releases and forever discharges autoglassfinder.com and Digital Post, Inc. absolutely from any and all such claims, demands, liabilities or other detriments.

The customer further indemnifies and holds harmless Auto Glass Finder and Digital Post, Inc. from and against any damage, loss, injury, sickness, illness, or other detriment of any nature or kind whatsoever and the legal costs suffered by any person or entity party to the transaction as a result of breach of any of these terms and conditions or breach of any laws in the country of residence of the customer by Auto glass Finder or Digital Post, Inc. in connection with the supply of auto glass and related parts to the customer.
